Refund and Cancellation Policy Overview

Individuals will receive an email notification immediately upon registration and payment, confirming that they have successfully completed the registration process.

Mini Conferences & Workshops

You may cancel your attendance at a workshop or mini conference no later than 72-hours before the event. You will receive a refund less a $25 administrative fee. Within 72-hours of a workshop or mini conference, no refunds will be issued.

Satellite Meetings

You may cancel your attendance and seek a refund at a satellite meeting no later than 72-hours before the event. You will receive a full refund for requests received on time. Within 72-hours of a satellite meeting, no refunds will be issued.

Membership Dues

No refunds are given on membership dues. Women In Consulting Memberships and meeting passes are not transferable.

Non-Members who become Standard, Premier, or Executive Members by paying their membership dues within a week of attending a mini conference or workshop will receive a rebate of $20 off of the fee originally paid.

How to Cancel and Request a Refund

All requests for cancellations and refunds must be in writing and sent via email through our contact us form. We appreciate hearing from any registrant regarding a cancellation even up to the day of the event.
