For the past 22 years, Liz has helped professionals in healthcare, financial, and technology organizations apply the collaboration techniques she learned as a musician performing with various bands. She’s applied lessons learned in the heat of a performance to teams, strategic planning, and change projects. Liz blogs about collaboration and is an adjunct instructor in the Organizational Studies doctoral program of the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University.
