Join us June 21 – Insights from the 2018 Best Practices Survey Results

:: Women In Consulting’s June 21 general meeting outlines the key findings of our latest Best Practices Survey, now in its 16th year. I’m pretty excited about this year’s results as there are new insights to share.

Over the years we’ve seen common themes emerge around the importance of networking, optimal fee structures, delegation of tasks, and how to gain new clients.

This year we also see changing and more current trends such as:

  • The outlook for consulting as a business for next year and beyond
  • Business practices that have the biggest impact on profitability
  • How top consultants prioritize their time and efforts.
  • Which investments of time and money payback in business success
  • Effective uses of social media for you and your business

Each year we reach consultants within and beyond the Women In Consulting community – enabling us to gather a broad picture of what consultants are experiencing and recommending.

I’ll be presenting the findings with my colleague – past WIC President and project director Deb Siegle.

Please join us June 21 at Michael’s at Shoreline – full details here.

NOTE: A written report with the full findings will be available in September. The report can be purchased for a special advanced price during the meeting.
