Quality Business and Life: Manage your energy

Managing your energy

The next of my posts on Bobbie LaPorte’s talk on how to achieve a high quality work and personal life, is her third Key to Success: Manage your energy.

Be aware of your body clock – and what time of day works best for you.  Plan your day accordingly to leverage your body clock.

You can make small adjustments during day and you will significantly increase your ability to get things done.  A quick walk around the room is worth the effort.

Bobbie also reminded us that there are 4 dimensions of personal energy:

  • Body
  • Emotions
  • Mind
  • Spirit

One of the key things I absorbed was to manage your energy, not your time.  Do you have tips to share?
