I’m catching up on my reading today and have found several good articles, including this one on 10 ways to measure social media successby Chris Lake on Econsultancy.

Besides some good tips, I like the “small point” he makes about social media, accuracy, and attribution:

Here I want to make a small point on accuracy, and attributionI firmly believe that if you can spend tens of millions on TV ads and make any kind of sense out of that investment, in terms of TV ads helping to boost sales while increasing the key brand metrics, then you can make sense of your (much smaller) investment into social media.”
